Adobe Named a Leader in Customer Analytics by Independent Research Firm

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Aug. 5, 2020 — Adobe (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced it was recognized as a leader in “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Analytics Technologies, Q2 2020” report. In the report, Forrester evaluates vendors that provide a comprehensive customer analytics solution for multiple user personas. This consists of DIY (“do-it-yourself”) analytical functionality for data scientist users to build custom models, and DIFM (“do-it-for-me”) functionality, which delivers outputs directly to business users. Adobe was one of 11 vendors evaluated, against 36 criteria in categories of current offering, strategy, and market presence.

Organizations can now bring together different data sources for a more complete picture of their customer. The offering delivers a real-time pulse on engagement across online and offline channels, from the website and mobile, to in-store activity and call centers. An interactive and intuitive interface means that users of any technical level can access the insights they need. And with AI and machine learning in Data Science Workspace, organizations can also tap into a set of prediction and automation capabilities.
