2010 Adobe MAX Awards Winners Announced

Six Category Winners Receive Awards, Representing Industries and Regions Worldwide

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced the winners of the 2010 MAX Awards. The winners received their awards last night at MAX 2010 in Los Angeles in a ceremony hosted by actor William Shatner. Now in its eighth year, the MAX Awards is a global program highlighting innovative uses of Adobe software and technology to create high-impact enterprise, social computing, entertainment, and digital-publishing applications that reach customers across multiple computing platforms and screens.

In this year’s competition, hundreds of entries were received from business, creative, and application development professionals worldwide. The top 18 entries across six categories were identified as finalists by a panel of Adobe judges and industry experts. In an online voting event open from Oct. 11-26, 2010, the public voted for their favorite finalists.

Finalists were: eDocker by PrePress Center, The Complete National Geographic Updated by The National Geographic Society and Effective UI and Vook.com by Vook

Finalists were: ImageTrend Hospital Dashboard by Image Trend, Reuters Insider by Thomson Reuters and SenseAwaresm powered by FedEx, produced by FedEx and Universal Mind

Finalists were: HBO Go by HBO, The Land of Me by Made in Me and Less Rain and Tool Suite, Electrotank Universe Platform by Electrotank

Finalists were: BBC iPlayer by BBC, litl channels by litl and Live Talkback by Live Talkback

Finalists were: Bamboo Dock by Wacom Europe GmbH with Gugga and Fantasy Interactive, Building Dashboard by Lucid Design Group and Live Documents by InstaColl
